At the centre of the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding National Beauty, Dead Woman's Ditch is scheduled ancient monument earthwork.
Featuring Woods and Heaths, the area has a varied landscape that provides home to many different animal and plant species.
There are free roaming horses in the area, so dogs should be kept on leads so as to avoid disturbing them.
Some parts of the paths through the woods go down some very steep slopes with loose and uneven surfaces underfoot and are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
